Are you doing enough in your organization to build the next generation of organizational leadership?  The US Army had the phrase “Mission First, People Aways”.  This discussion is to provide you food for thought that as you grow your organization you must also grow your people.  If you are already in charge, what kind of leadership do you want behind you?  If you are the staff, how might you acquire the leadership skills to make you competitive?  When you leave this discussion the hope is a tidbit is left in your memory that calls you to action to build the leadership potential of your staff while you build the organization.
