A new financing program is available for commercial property owners who choose to do energy efficiency upgrades and improvements to their buildings.  This is a new partnership between Energize Phoenix, APS and National Bank of Arizona that will assist businesses with financing the costs of commercial energy efficiency improvements of properties located within the Energize Phoenix Corridor, a 10-mile stretch along the light rail.
