The committee typically focuses on a variety of activities and initiatives designed to enhance career opportunities, provide valuable job search resources, as well as providing valuable IFMA Credentials courses and workshops.

Through guest speakers, and other content, the committee provides insights into the latest trends and best practices in staying relevant in the job market.

Through Certifications and Continuing Education courses and workshops, the committee promotes certification opportunities like the CFM (Certified Facility Manager), the FMP (Facilities Management Professional), the SFP (Sustainable Facility Professional) and the Essentials of Facility Management, ensuring members have the qualifications needed to advance in their careers.

The committee typically plans two Career Resources Events per year as well as an instructor led FMP series, a CFM Exam Prep Workshop and the Essentials of Facility Management series. The committee meets monthly. For more information about this committee please contact the Committee Chairs.
