2) FM Connect 2025 & Personality Development

An engaging networking and skill-building session that brings together students, faculty, and professionals. The program combines industry connections with personal development activities, helping students strengthen their communication, leadership, and workplace readiness.

3) Mentorship Kickoff Event

📍 ASU Tempe Campus – HLMK | 🕑 Thursday, Oct 9, 2025 – 2:00 PM

The official launch of the IFMA Mentorship Program. This event pairs students with industry mentors, outlines program expectations, and sets the stage for meaningful professional relationships that support career growth throughout the semester.

4) Sustainability in Facility Management

A focused session on the role of sustainability in facility management. Speakers will highlight current best practices, innovations, and strategies that shape greener and more efficient built environments. Students gain exposure to the future of sustainable facilities.

5) Facility Site Visit

📍 ASU Tempe Campus – HLMK | 🕑 Thursday, Nov 20, 2025 – 12:00 PM

A guided facility tour that takes students inside a real-world project environment. The visit provides firsthand exposure to facility operations, management strategies, and sustainability practices, bridging classroom knowledge with industry application.
