President's Message

DAVID RAMIREZ, CFM, CHAPTER PRESIDENT 

Hello IFMA Colleagues,

I am honored to have been selected as the incoming Phoenix Chapter President, and I am thrilled to continue building on the fantastic work and culture established by our past presidents. As we look forward to the future, I believe it is especially important to celebrate our chapter's 40th anniversary. This milestone offers us a unique opportunity to reflect on our achievements, repeat our successes, and embrace changes that may further our mission.

Our mission of continuous improvement of the facility management profession by providing relevant educational and networking opportunities for our membership, while supporting the community as a whole, remains at the forefront of our endeavors. To achieve this, we enter this new term with a wonderful and energized board of directors and committees that are eager to bring great content and value to our members.

I am excited to work alongside all the remarkable individuals who make our chapter one of the best. Your trust in allowing me to lead the chapter for the next two years is deeply appreciated, and I look forward to contributing to our shared goals.
